Founder and CEO
Our Founder, Shamjid Erathali, leads Floreo’s vision to empower professionals, educators, and parents through practical, evidence-based training. His expertise in child and adolescent development, alongside his leadership in paediatric rehabilitation and inclusive education, shapes Floreo’s approach to learning and development.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst and course instructor, Ms. Hafswa Aslam, is committed to develop effective interventions and to equip future clinicians with practical knowledge and skills.
